Our Guanacaste yachts include catering and an open bar (rum, tequila, vodka, margaritas, sangria, sodas, juice and water), while our Isla Tortuga and Manuel Antonio yachts include fresh fruit, snacks, drinks and lunch on full-day trips — each yacht page lists exactly what's included, along with snorkel gear, paddleboards or water toys where available. Pricing is transparent with no hidden fees: Azimut rates include tax, while Leopard 51ft and Lupo Blu rates are shown before the 13% government tax, with final totals on each yacht page.

It depends on the boat, the destination and the length of the trip. Half-day charters start at $1,500 on the Lupo Blu 43ft in Guanacaste and $1,950 on the Catch & Relax 53ft in Manuel Antonio. Sunset tours on the Big Thunder 65ft start at $2,200, a half-day on the Leopard 51ft catamaran at $2,900, a full day to Isla Tortuga on the Leopard 53 at $3,600, and a half-day on the Azimut 105ft megayacht at $6,000 — up to a full weekly charter. Splitting the cost across your group is what makes a private yacht rental in Costa Rica surprisingly reasonable per person.

It depends on the yacht. In Guanacaste, the Azimut, Leopard 51ft and Lupo Blu depart from Playa Flamingo or Papagayo — and if you're staying at a nearby hotel, we can often arrange a closer departure point. For Isla Tortuga, the Leopard 53 departs from Tambor Dock, and the Big Thunder 65ft runs Isla Tortuga, Playa Mantas and sunset trips in the Gulf of Nicoya. Yes. Charter pricing is set per boat, not per person, so the more guests you bring, the lower the cost per person. Our Azimut megayacht can host up to 35 guests for day trips and the Big Thunder 65ft up to 25, which makes them some of the most cost-effective yacht rentals in Costa Rica for larger groups.

Absolutely — private events are one of the most requested uses for our fleet. We regularly host proposals, birthdays, and corporate gatherings on board, with routes, catering and setup tailored to the occasion.

A half-day runs about 4 hours (morning or afternoon), a full-day runs about 8–9 hours (typically 8 or 9am to 4:30–5pm, depending on the yacht), and sunset tours are available on the Leopard 51ft and Big Thunder 65ft. An overnight charter on the Azimut 105ft runs a full 24 hours (9am to 9am) with 5 en-suite cabins, breakfast, lunch, dinner and breakfast again the next morning, plus open bar throughout.
