Welcome to yachtcostarica.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services related to the rental of luxury yachts in Costa Rica. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, please do not use our services.
3. Description of Services
Yacht Costa Rica offers daily and overnight luxury yacht charters with optional services such as catering, open bar, a professional captain, onboard chef, and water sports activities. Services are provided in locations such as Playa Flamingo and Papagayo.
4. Payment and Cancellation Policy
- A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The exact amount and deadlines will be provided during the reservation process.
- Full payment must be completed before the day of the charter.
Cancellation Policy
- If the company cancels the reservation, the client is entitled to a 100% refund.
- If the client cancels, they may reschedule once without penalty.
- If the client cancels a second time after rescheduling, they forfeit all payments made (no refund).
- The general cancellation policy is: no refunds for client cancellations, only one date change is allowed.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate personal information when making a reservation.
- Clients are responsible for the conduct of all passengers on board.
- Damages caused to the vessel or equipment due to negligence or misconduct will be charged to the client.
6. Limitation of Liability
Yacht Costa Rica is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather conditions, government restrictions, or any force majeure event. We do not accept liability for personal injuries, loss, or damage to property during the charter.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or update our services, pricing, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page and will take immediate effect unless otherwise stated.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Yacht Costa Rica unless otherwise stated. Reproduction or distribution without permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute arising from the use of this site or services will be handled under Costa Rican jurisdiction.
